Washing of dirty natural wool

Drying and manual removal of the last residues left on the wool

The washed wool bale is placed in a carder machine

The wool is worked in very thin overlapping layers and then passed into a needle punching machine which prepares the final layer

The wool layers, in different weights, are rolled up and transferred to the quilt factory
