Shipping

We ship by express courier. Shipping is free of charge for Italy and European Union countries, while for other countries a fee will be applied according to the area (25 euro for Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, USA, 50 euro for the rest of the world).

We currently ship all over the world.

The total delivery time depends on the destination country and region. We generally ship within one-two working days for items already in stock and within 10-20 working days for items to be produced. Approximately two-three working days must be added to this time for courier delivery.

Returns

You have 14 days from the moment you receive the package to send a return request.

Returned products can be replaced or refunded only.

The package must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging and label, and in the same protective box in which you received it.

Generally, risks and costs associated with returning the item are borne by us for Italy and European Union countries, and by you for other countries. However, if the reason for the return is caused by our error (non-compliant item, defective item, etc.), after verification by the seller, the return costs will be borne by us for any destination.
