Shipping methods and costs
We ship by express courier. Shipping is free of charge for Italy and European Union countries, while for other countries a fee will be applied according to the area (25 euro for Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, USA, 50 euro for the rest of the world).

We currently ship all over the world.
Delivery time
The total delivery time depends on the destination country and region. We generally ship within one-two working days for items already in stock and within 10-20 working days for items to be produced. Approximately two-three working days must be added to this time for courier delivery.
Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will proceed to replace the order or refund 100% of the sale price.
To proceed with the replacement or return, all products must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery intact, in their original packaging and without ever having been used.

Order shipping
Your order will be delivered to you in a hermetically sealed package.
For all shipments we remind you that the package is sent as registered mail and delivered to the recipient only and personally. A passage notice will be left in case of absence.
