Price
The prices of our products are in EURO (VAT included) and do not include shipping costs.
All orders placed on our site are payable in EURO.
The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order registration, reserving the right to check availability on that date.
Payment terms
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards payments.
After completing the order, you must pay the full amount through the PayPal circuit, within which you can also use a normal credit card, without necessarily being registered in PayPal.

Delivery
Product availability depends on their presence or not in our warehouse at the time of the order. Product shipment can vary from one or two working days (if the product is already in stock) up to 10-20 working days (if the product must be produced). Shipping: Manifattura Ceccarelli cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal services strikes or other imponderable elements provided for by the transport legislation of goods.
Customs Duties: Customs or import duties will be required when the package arrives in the destination country. You will have to pay any additional customs clearance fees. We have no control on these duties and we cannot estimate them; customs policies vary greatly from one to another country. For more information please contact your local customs office.

In accordance with the legislation in force (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206), you have a period of 14 days from the date of the package receipt to request an order refund or a goods replacement.
Manifattura Ceccarelli will refund the consumer without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with article 54. Manifattura Ceccarelli will refund using the same way of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise.
